ENTRAPMENT & THE LESSER OF TWO EVILS.

DAY 3902: TUESDAY FEBRUARY 07TH 2012.

While a spin off from Glencore, called Vitol Oil were behind the Libyan "intervention", now we are told that Glencore have merged with Xstrata to promote yet more trade in a "commodity" known as human misery.

And so, the excesses, march on, unchecked.

Meanwhile, late last night the police came down and got out of their car to determine what they could already see.

That I was still there...in Parliament Square.

Of course the police know that I am still "there", because along with all the CCTV coverage in the area, there are "police" patrolling 24/7 around the square.

And what is missed in the Levenson inquiry is that it is not just the press and police, but the government who have - all - worked together to create many a fiction.

In Parliament Square the story is that there is one woman from Peace Strike with a tent challenging a new law.

In fact, the records show that police blocked our claim (brought first on 16.12.2011 in CO/12316/2011 which the police did not respond to until 19.01.2012) so Peace Strike and Bindmans could bring a subsequent claim (CO/12613/2011) first, that was agreed on 16.01.2012, would go to Judicial Review, while the public authorities then stole our tents ( on 16.01.2012) to subject our campaign with no tents, to inhuman and degrading treatment etc, for at least several months, which the media did not mention.

Now it stands to reason that when the so called Peace Strike left their campaign unmanned (nothing to do with permanent) we could not be subjected to searches, nor was there any need for police "authorisation". Nor is it likely that Peace Strike would be going to court to argue over what they did not do, 24/7, and so did not need, shelter.

Irish Times:

"Today, however, she does take the occasional break, though she rejects the charge made by some that a “permanent” protest which is not permanently occupied somehow lacks in legitimacy: “It isn’t a prison,” she said

Gallastegui rejects the accusation that she is an informer, but accepts some hold that opinion: she says that much of the speculation arose from her habit of trying to have civil relations with police, “I try to be nice to people,” she said."

The fact that Peace Strike and the police have worked - together - to be so dishonest, only confirms "relations" that amount to a criminal conspiracy to pervert the course of justice.

And so it has come to pass that there is a difficult decision to be made.

When one is faced with the question over what is the lesser of two evils.

Does one,

a) Continue to endlessly be subjected to cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment that threatens our lives ?

Or

b) Be arrested for putting up the shelter that our Dear Leaders have suddenly decreed is now a crime ?

(Despite our having a High Court ruling that tents are proportionate

The Mayor of London (Greater London Authority) v Haw & Ors [2011] EWHC 585 (QB) (17 March 2011)

I do not like either evil.

But,

in all the circumstances, where we are being harmed and remain at serious risk by being subjected to inhuman and degrading treatment...

one could on balance, only decide,

that the lesser of two evils is to put up the tents and if the police arrest us and take our tents.

We..

Then ...move... their (Peace Strike) tent..

Our defense is pretty obvious by now.

Entrapment.

Loosely, R v. [2001] UKHL 53 (25th October, 2001)

Too many lies have been told by the police & Peace Strike.

Life is not a game.
