ENTRAPMENT 2: THE MAYORS FENCES. DAY 3904: THURSDAY FEBRUARY 9TH 2012. On February 13th 2012, Babs is back at City of Westminster Magistrates Court, over cutting what Babs says were the Mayors, illegal fences, which have only very recently disappeared from Parliament Square. When I cut through the fences twice last year, to make access to Parliament Square Green, there was no argument that I was legally on Parliament Square Green. So it was always a straightforward case of entrapment by the Mayor, who could not put up fences to prevent access. It was only very recently that The Mayor's grunt,Mr Grinter, scored another own goal, over the fences, when he was gnashing his teeth (see below para 12, page 3) about people not having "permission" to put banners on the fences. That would be the fences ...that should not have been there. Ergo, no fences, no banners on fences. The fact the fences disappeared last Sunday morning, does eliminate the need for a court ruling/order to remove what are illegal fences. But had the illegal fences never been there, I could never have been arrested etc. I would like my boltcutters back.     no "permission" was necessary to put banners on...what were illegal fences...
