NOTIFICATION OF USE OF LOUDSPEAKER. DAY 3904: THURSDAY FEBRUARY 9TH 2012. Logic says that there could not be any reason for Westminster City Council to fail to consent to my using a 25w loudspeaker for political purposes in a manner that it consistent with how loudspeakers can be used for political purposes throughout the rest of the country. ie: you use it when you want. Date: Thu, 9 Feb 2012 11:30:05 +0000 NOTIFICATION OF USE OF 25W LOUDSPEAKER. dear anghel, this is to notify westminster city council (and the police) that i will be using a 25w loudspeaker for political purposes in a manner that is consistent with the use of a loudspeaker for political purposes across the rest of the country. ie: i use it when i like for political purposes. so while it is not necessary to seek "permission"/"consent" for the use of a loudspeaker for political purposes, anywhere else in the country, with my having notified, this does not prevent westminster city council, complying with new legislation, by giving their "consent" to my using a 25w loudspeaker in a manner that is consistent with the political use of a loudspeaker throughout the rest of the country i look forward to receiving any necessary "consent" from westminster city council, at the earliest opportunity. if there is any problem, providing the necessary consent, please advise in writing, so that it can be resolved in the courts. babs tucker parliament square peace campaign www.brianhaw.tv From: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
