WESTMINSTER COUNCIL, BINDMANS & PEACE STRIKE "APPLY" TO LIE. DAY 3905: FRIDAY FEBRUARY 10TH 2012. Why is simple respect for life so difficult? In a very long running chain of Westminster corruption where they do all their running away from simple respect for life... No sooner had I filed a response to the Mayor of London's Application against me than Westminster City Council filed an Application (see below) !!! Westminster City Council also disclosed yesterday, that Bindmans solicitors (representing Peace Strike) had been lying in a High Court hearing - and - in correspondence with the High Court /claiming that all parties in a separate claim (where i am a named defendant) HQX1100563 (see below)had agreed to an adjournment in an earlier claim brought by WCC. Yet Bindmans do not speak for or represent me, and I had agreed nothing. It also turned out that Westminster City Council claimed that in fact Peace Strike had not yet been granted permission for a Judicial Review of the new law, which is odd. While Westminster City Council failed to disclose in a witness statement by the Head of their Legal Department, seeking an adjournment of the claim they brought last year, that our tents and property within, had been seized on January 16th 2012. I am still waitng for a copy of the court order that Bindmans refer to, which must include an order by the Judge to adjourn the earlier WCC claim..which would be odd, given that i was not consulted over that, and January 16th 2012 was some weeks ago.  a snowy old week.. IRAQ: Unspoken Crimes against Humanity Committed against the People of Iraq the innocent civilians continue to suffer while you - ALL - benefit from continuing to turn a blind eye to what really goes on in the world around you, while you deny me shelter to subject me to appallingly inhuman and degrading treatment in severe weather to try to silence our campaign. mr ridge, you and your client will need to produce the court order in co/12613/2012, with the agreement that was never agreed with this defendant regarding hq11X00563. so that i can apply to have the order varied. after all, you and your client's repeated and deliberate failure to produce the order that was made on january 16th 2012, can be seen as a deliberate attempt by you and your client to continue to have an adverse impact on our separate campaign. and you will need to write another letter to the court following you/your client's letter dated 27th january 2012, to confirm that there was in fact no agreement to adjourn, between all the parties, as you/your client, have dishonestly claimed. mr large, there is rather a large hole in your application. i think we all get that the obstruct hway claim was going no-where, (while the counterclaims against peace strike and bindmans would be embarrassing) hence the latest abuse of process masquerading as law. however, you will nevertheless, need to inform the court that you knew i responded to your letter and that contrary to the assertion on para 6 of your witness statement, the alleged injunction did not prevent wcc and the police acting against this defendant. so para 7 is particularly disingenuous, because what is really shown is that all has always been just about destroying our campaign. wcc instructed the police to steal all our tents etc on january 16th 2012. it's not so different from the confidential minutes of the meeting at new scotland yard on 19th may 2006, which disclosed that both houses and black rod told the police to do that illegal seizure. babs tucker parliament square peace campaign www.brianhaw.tv ps. i want our tents returned now. which part of peaceful assembly is covered by the public order act did anyone not get ?  all parties, would be a lie given that i am named defendant in hq11Xo00563 so where is the court order and what were bindmans doing writing this letter ?     para 6 & 7 are just plain weird...    quite a few people benefit from serial stealing of our legal papers and then some...
