TENTS: SUB ZERO RESPECT. DAY 3910: WEDNESDAY FEBRUARY 15TH 2012.  Red Admiral: The larva lives within a tent formed by folding the edges of a leaf together, emerging only to feed. As the larva grows it will form a new tent. The larva of this species is one of the easiest to find in a nettle patch, since its location is given away by a series of tents that are highly-visible to the trained eye. The larva is usually found in the largest of these tents. The larva has several colour forms, ranging from black, to greenish-brown to a very pale yellowish-green. Date: Wed, 15 Feb 2012 20:11:50 +0000 superintendent morgan, despite repeated requests, you have failed to provide a power of seizure etc for your actions on january 16th 2012. while your mr gray for reasons unknown, has refused to provide the promised inventory of our property that was taken on january 16th 2012. there is no legal explanation for either delay while we are being prevented from claiming property that is ours. we therefore require that you arrange in writing to return forthwith, all the campaign property that was stolen from our campaign, on january 16th 2012, including our four tents and their contents. and this is to further inform you, that in any event, we will be using tents as shelter again not least because your actions on january 16th 2012, highlight the obvious. no "direction" to remove shelter could ever be made/found to be lawful, because it could never be a criminal offence to have shelter. and in the absence of the police having any conviction for any offence, of failing to comply (without reasonable excuse) with a "direction", (ie: to deny shelter) there is, as we all know, no power of seizure. and having already been subjected to your circus once on january 16th 2012, it is clear that we do not need to revisit the theft of our property ...again. i'm sure that you yourself must look forward to putting such a shameful episode of anything but policing behind you. in stealing our shelter (etc) during severe weather conditions, you and a very many of your fellow officers have only revealed a serious lack of humanity, that is quite inconsistent with your public duty to …errr "protect"…life. but of course, your appalling conduct, does explain how it came to pass that i shall for evermore, demonstrate sub-zero respect for you and your fellow police officers. babs tucker parliament square peace campaign www.brianhaw.tv cc royal courts of justice.
