Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police Leader of Westminster City Council & all councillors, Chief Executive & Mr Ingledew I refer to attached letter dated April 23rd 2012 from Sonn Macmillan Walker to Mr Harris of the CPS.  Given that I have not handed over any property, and what is clear is that legislation does not allow Westminster Council to use any force to remove property, that only the police could use force to remove, (as I said on Sunday morning at 2.30am) any/all efforts have been a joint enterprise. Indeed under primary legislation, on just that small area of pavement, I cannot see what authority WCC have. And two members of CID gave witness statements that our umbrella was fine as indeed are the blankets. It is clear that the CPS are not able to provide the necessary reasons that any of the actions are in the public interest. Therefore where the CPS cannot give reasons as to how any actions are in the public interest, the Metropolitan Police and Westminster City Council cannot in the meantime, continue to steal property, as happened twice this past weekend. Westminster Council and the Metropolitan Police must therefore immediately return all property that was taken this weekend and on April 2nd 2012. If any wish to dispute the fact that they can act - in the absence of the CPS being able to provide reasons - as to how it is in the public interest... to proceed, kindly put these in writing to Sonn Macmillan Walker and myself by 5pm today. Because your continuing actions are so unlawful just under health and safety, where you have not even bothered to undertake any risk assessment, you do need to return the property immediately because what you are doing seriously impacts on our health and well being. You are aware that your ongoing negligence may result in my death. Date: Mon, 14 May 2012 18:49:33 +0100 Dear Nicola Stratford, RE: USE OF LOUDSPEAKER. I kind of feel that I should have been using the loudspeaker for some time now, although as I previously said, I did not really want to. However now I can see there has been silence, for too long, and there is a need for much to be - PUBLICLY - said ... After all, the fact the Secretary of State for the Home Department needed to nobble, albeit obsequious, High Court Judges, (which Westminster City Council also knew) to try and shut down our campaign, is of (public) interest to members of the public, who can then understand that, far from what they are generally told by the subservient media et al, the Judiciary ...are not in fact ..independent. So... 1. Please provide a copy of the paperwork relating to the use of the loudspeaker under bye-laws - outside - the controlled zone of the pavement where we are, where primary legislation applies, because having seen various other demonstrations in the area recently, my understanding is, outside of this pavement, people do not need any "consent". 2. No doubt you will also be aware of what Mr Ingledew told Parliament (that is on Hansard) on June 4th 2008. (And I must say, I was pretty shocked that Cmmdr Allison ALSO admitted on June 4th 2008, that SOCPA had no power of seizure, before going on to sooooo dishonestly try and defend our claim in CO/11393/2007 where we spoke the truth in saying...there was no power of seizure) 3. Having seen the dishonest free for all previously, where anyone could submit anything they liked, without proper legal challenge over my use of a loudspeaker, ie: the he said/she said, I see no legal reason or useful purpose of any hearing before councillors. In particular there is now evidence councillors have a serious conflict of interest in seeking for their own political ends to censor my use of a loudspeaker in Parliament Square (see below and how the council are seeking to circumvent for example the fact the CPS have no reasons re: public interest) And clearly councillors could not censor the use of a loudspeaker anywhere else in the country. 4. I therefore invite Westminster Council to immediately "consent" to my use of a loudspeaker on the same terms as anyone else ...in the rest of the country. 5. Kindly copy me in on any correspondence you engage in regarding this matter, given that it affects me, and so people should not be able to speak ......behind my back. It is pretty evident that previously there were some pretty cowardly goings on behind my back over this issue. 6. I can then take legal action against named individuals who object for political reasons, to my using a loudspeaker .. in the same manner as anyone else in the rest of the country.
