ARMY "SALUTE" PARLIAMENT SQUARE PEACE CAMPAIGN. DAY 4017: JUNE 1ST 2012. Organisers of Liz's do this weekend were doing quite a lot of finger pointing our way, the other day.  To avoid HM, (and by extension themselves) having to face some inconvenient truths About life and death.  The army came up with quite a ...cunning plan. Where the people faced a "salute" of another sort...:)  But to be honest, because the rehearsal was just so spectacular ??, I could not help myself..  And slept through the entire...cover up !  I could not pretend it is okay for the state to arrest and abuse people so that they preserve a wholly false image of themselves, that leads to so many innocent civilians suffering and dying in what cannot be war. When 90% of the casualties are civilians. So while there are very many lovely ordinary people, in the UK, I simply would not want to take part in any street party that when all is said and done, is, in reality, celebrating what is quite a long lived murderous regime ? The true history of the far from Common - Wealth flags  That have once again been hoisted in Parliament Square. Leaves me cold...
