It's not a very difficult whodunnit.

How did Lord Whatshisface put it ?

They are violent monsters.

Who will murder anyone for ....money.

A competent court in Kuala Lumpur said so.

Any reasonable person would know that depriving someone of the ability to be warm and dry or the ability to lie down, will eventually kill them.

Particularly when they know they have been to hospital over it.

And the police found taking .....fingerprints difficult because of ....dehydration.

Good to remember that one.

Ref 1201639535: And Mr Blair has been found guilty of war crimes by a competent court in Kuala Lumpur.

Whilst you and the media are illegally trying to prevent members of the public upholding law over war crimes:

I note that a member of your Westminster staff assaulted a member of our campaign whilst trying to cover up that two malicious summons dated May 25th 2012 signed by District Judge Snow were not dumped on the pavement in Parliament Square until Saturday June 16th 2012 at 1.30pm for a hearing on June 20th 2012.

Clearly you acted maliciously intending that I did not have time to arrange legal representation etc.

This was despite the fact that it is witnessed that a council officer from Mr Ingledews department came and spoke to me on June 13th 2012, and did not deliver any summons, while saying that Channel Five had asked to return to Parliament Square on June 20th 2012, as part of a fly on the wall series, with Westminster Council.

Where in the council officers own words Channel Five were (and this is disgusting) "hoping for confrontation" over repairing the pavement !! (that I told him I had photographs had been as it was since 2006) because that gets great "ratings" for goodness sakes.

Whilst clearly issuing summons to get me out of the way to cover up any embarrassment that I am being subjected to inhuman and degrading treatment etc, while being illegally denied access to shelter.

It is gross abuse by the media and the council of the criminal justice system to try and get me out of the way through the use of summonses.

And I should hardly need to repeat my disgust with the mainstream media over their dishonesty that has led to the deaths of millions of innocent civilians in illegal wars of aggression which is why I am in Parliament Square in the first place.

I am quite sure we have previously made our position on the misuse of media abundantly clear for example to the Barrow boy, CBS and the BBC in 2011.

We are not in Parliament Square for entertainment or great "ratings", and any such idea is particularly offensive at this time, given my own genuine pain and suffering while being illegally denied shelter as you all dare to point the finger at Putin et al.

We have zero interest in - any - "confrontation" over work to repair pavements. After all we are in Parliament Square to protect life.

It is however curiously noted that in the summons, you generously list Parliament Square as my property.

You will note attached refers to my entering a plea of not guilty in writing, in response to the summons with the written reasons why, so that I do not need to attend court on June 20th 2012. I strongly recommend that you take note of the fact that I have already required hospital treatment because of your actions.

In terms of your letter dishonestly dated July 13th 2012, I confirm that wherever proceedings take place, any witnesses you have tended will be required, and council officers hearsay regarding police officers is not admissible.

What you need to immediately disclose is:

1) The whereabouts of our campaign property so that we may retrieve it forthwith. (No member of our campaign has for example, been found guilty of any criminal offence of failing to have any reasonable excuse for being in possession of campaign property)

2) Who is the prosecuting authority ? Westminster City Council or the Crown Prosecution Service ?

3) The name of the individual who made the decision to "prosecute" given that we are entitled to require them to give their reasons immediately according to Prosecuting Code as to how it is in the "public interest" yada yada yada.

There is some genuine urgency given the breach of Article 2, right to life etc refer letters from Sonn Macmilan Walker dated 23rd April 2012 & 22nd May 2012.

It is noted that Westminster City Council claimed to respond to an agent provocateur, Ms Gallastegui who was not prosecuted for the same alleged offence, and Bindmans Solicitors within two days !!

4) The written decision making process that is - agreed - between you and the police, that has led to the local street sweeper with numerous police officers present, twice claiming to trump the previous decisions - on law - of: a) a police Superintendent (Morgan) b) Chief Inspector (Davison) of the Metropolitan Police. c) two members of CID who wrote witness statements saying our umbrella and blankets were not considered a crime. 3) Copies of the legal training your "authorised" staff have undergone including regarding the human rights act.

5) Written evidence that your street sweepers are properly authorised and legally trained to "caution" a member of the public for a criminal offence.

6) What legal requirement there is for a member of the public to give their details to a street sweeper given witness statements make clear, I did not provide any details ?

7) Confirmation that the street sweepers line manager Mr Ingledew has declared his interest in being present in his former incarnation as a Chief Superintendent at a meeting at New Scotland Yard on May 19th 2006, over which he is being sued for unlawful arrest, false imprisonment and an ….illegal seizure on May 23rd 2006.

Ref: HQX1201972 The Metropolitan Police have admitted in their defence which by not so much co-incidence was served this weekend too ( & which btw I am making an Application to have struck out because it is not a defence ) that SOCPA 2005 ss 132-138 was not a police power of seizure. Indeed S3 (1) of the Criminal Law Act 1967 is also not and has never been in over 50 years a police power of seizure.

In fact as anyone would know, police powers of seizure must be specific. Yet 111,000 pounds was spent by the police and 90,000 given to Mark Wallinger who does not have my permission to exhibit copies of my pink sequinned banners.

A reasonable person would know that Mr Ingledew has clearly demonstrated a vested interest in ….murdering me given the obvious consequences of depriving any human being of shelter (being warm and dry) etc.

And I do recall his disgraceful conversation with Brian where he said had left the police and was nothing to do with anything, which was not true of course.

It is known of course that aside from requiring hospital treatment, I am now being unnecessarily subjected against my will to ongoing suffering involving serious pain that is likely to result in permanent damage (in breach of Article 3 inhuman and degrading treatment) if not death (in breach of Article 2 Right to Life)

The actions of the council therefore go beyond mere negligence towards someone doing nothing more extraordinary than lawfully exercising my right to peaceful expression.

Having had to discontinue malicious proceedings which could not secure an injunction and where my counter claim against Westminster Council remains outstanding, because I was not causing any harm, it is patently illegal for Parliament to then legislate and the police and council to interfere and claim, where there is still no harm, there is nevertheless, a crime.

To murder me to prevent my peacefully expressing myself could only be…disproportionate.

Which brings me to my next point.
