THE BLANKET BAN ON INFINITE LOVE. DAY 4038: FRIDAY JUNE 22ND 2012. The state want to keep the people locked in an endless struggle for justice so that the human race cannot live within infinite love... Because infinite love is amazing...xx  Criminal or a great guy ?: Steve Jago, known supplier of illegal ....errr...fabrics, having a rest. It is truly Kafkaesque of the state that in it's pursuit of ...persecution, it invents a crime which involves peaceful possession of a piece of fabric. Yet turns a blind eye to the deaths of millions of innocent civilians it has caused through its illegal wars of aggression. I doubt if anyone in the UK has ever faced a - criminal prosecution - by a - council - (under the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011), for peaceful possession of an umbrella and two blankets whilst exercising Article 10 (Freedom of Expression) & 11 (Freedom of Assembly) of the Human Rights Act 1998. While Mr Blair et al really were found guilty of war crimes by a competent court in Malaysia. So having received two summons on Saturday afternoon over our possession of allegedly illegal fabrics, we finally decided that on Wednesday we may as well go to Westminster Mags. Inevitably, given we were talking about fabric being a crime, the pre-trial hearing was about as shifty and evasive as it gets. Steve Jago came forward and told Deputy District Judge Inyuendo that he wished to be added as an interested party because he was the supplier of some fabric, called an.... umbrella. The District Judge did not rule on this point, before at some point, he did the typical runnner... As you might, if you were trying to bring ....fabric ...to trial...in a criminal court !! But not before he had followed the script to set a trial for October 1st 2012, despite my pointing out that it should be joined with the tent trial on August 8th 2012, because it was all connected..... Then Jim Bob (a Mr James Smith) who refused to identify the law firm he worked for, when he appeared as the paid up private prosecutor for Westminster Council, could not produce a copy of his/Westminster's authority to bring a criminal prosecution. It is obvious that it must be an abuse of process for Westminster City Council, the Metropolitan Police and the Crown Prosecution Service to sidestep the fact that the Crown Prosecution Service had already been unable to provide any reasons as to how it was in the public interest to prosecute over fabric called a tent. And where the Crown Prosecution Service had failed to provide reasons as to how it was in the public interest to prosecute over fabric - all - could not then use Westminster City Council to try to prosecute .....fabric. Which is really why Deputy District Judge would not join the various fabric trials. Mr Deputy District Judge would only make an order that I needed to put questions I wanted to put, to Westminster City within seven days, while Westminster City Council would have seven days to respond... Those who followed orders to collect the cheque were determined to remain deaf, dumb and blind to the real point. That a person who is suffering during - lengthy - inhuman and degrading treatment, while being deprived of basic shelter and warmth...could..die at any time.  Article 2 Right to Life: "Frostbite, exposure, dehydration and Deep Vein Thrombosis."  The Ermm...brella Tour 2012 moved on from Westminster City Council to the offices of the Crown Persecution Service & Director of Public Persecutions at Rose Court in Southwark. They said the DPP had gone bush with his PA and no-one knew the right Mr Harris from the CPS.  I really don't think that the Lord Mayor et al are going to front up as prosecutors. I remain unimpressed by your attempts to ignore war crimes, while disgracefully attempting to publicly label this law abiding member of the public, a criminal over peaceful possession of an umbrella and two blankets. Your whole council should be ashamed of yourselves for failing to uphold law while innocent civilians die in illegal wars of aggression. As you made sure I was unable to access legal representation at this time, by your staff dumping summons on a pavement on a Saturday afternoon, you are legally obliged to answer my questions, now, so that I can make an informed decision about what I wish to do. It is me you are prosecuting so it is me you will speak to. In particular I am legally entitled to immediately have the contact details of the individual you have employed to prosecute me, because they are bound to provide - to me - the reasons they considered it to be, in the public interest to bring a criminal prosecution against me over peaceful possession of an umbrella and two blankets. Clearly the Lord Mayor and Citizens are not in practise going to be in court "prosecuting" me. You brought the prosecution, so now you need to provide me with the information tomorrow morning so that I do not need to waste my time coming down to the council offices to get the information.
