Date: Mon, 25 Jun 2012 13:07:45 +0100 It is clear that the reason Westminster City Council are attempting to cause me serious physical harm is because they wish to prevent law abiding people like myself, upholding law and publicly challenging this government over the war crimes the government are committing. Further to court order made on June 20th 2012 at Westminster Magistrates Court, the questions to which Westminster City Council were given seven days to respond include: 1. On what legal basis do Westminster City Council rely upon to conceal war crimes being committed by the UK government ? 2. The questions already put to Westminster City Council on June 18th 2012. 3. Westminster City Council provide the legal basis upon which The Director of Public Prosecutions, the Metropolitan Police and Westminster City Council who are all working together and having been unable on April 23rd 2012 & May 22nd 2012, to give reasons regarding how a prosecution under the PRSR Act 2011, was in the public interest ….. then could claim they acted in good faith, in - jointly - employing a private prosecutor. 4. A copy of the written authorisation from the Director of Public Prosecutions to Westminster City Council allowing them to employ a private prosecutor in a criminal prosecution. 5. Please provide and confirm without delay the name and contact details of the private prosecutor who simply referred to himself as James Smith, and who Westminster City Council employed at the hearing on June 20th 2012 so that I may make a formal complaint to the Bar Council etc 6. The reason the prosecutor repeatedly refused without lawful excuse to identify himself and then the firm he worked for. 7. The reasons the prosecutor failed to provide reasons to the court that he would need to know, having agreed to prosecute, as to how it is in the public interest to bring and then continue, a - criminal - prosecution over two blankets and an umbrella. 8. Given that Westminster City Council could not get a High Court Injunction after fifteen months in HQ 11X00563 because there was no harm and loss, the legal basis upon which Westminster Council could - then - be party to pursuing a further prosecution under the PRSR Act 2011, knowing there was still no harm or loss…except to me. 9. Westminster City Council provide a legal basis explaining how civil enforcement staff can be employed in criminal proceedings. 10. Westminster City Council explain how the act complained of could even fall within criminal, not civil law. 11. Westminster City Council confirm that their civil enforcement staff do not have a power: a) of seizure under criminal law where a person refuses to hand over property that is only subject to summons if found on one pavement in the whole of the U.K. a) to take a criminal caution c) of arrest if a person does not comply with above. 12. Westminster City Council confirm that their staff could not reasonably believe a member of the public was committing any crime, until after any criminal court proceedings had been concluded regarding "reasonable excuse". 13. Westminster City Council confirm that Westminster City Council add Steve Jago at his request as an interested party because as he informed the court, he supplied the umbrella. 14. Disclosure of who at Westminster City Council had authority to over-rule the police and not only authorised the theft of the two blankets and umbrella but was able to order the police to accompany civil enforcement staff. Given that the council who are working with the police who were present and the fact that all knew, that Superintendent Morgan had no problem with blankets, while Chief Inspector Davison had no problem with the umbrella and two members of CID had made witness statements that our umbrella was not a crime.
