THE PUBLIC INTEREST IN - STOPPING - WAR CRIMES.

DAY 4044: THURSDAY JUNE 28TH 2012.

There is considerable PUBLIC INTEREST in stopping war crimes.

And such interest is not a 9-5 job, but a decent and civilized way of ...life.

Tomorrow we are back in court at West London Magistrates because the Crown Persecution Service have still refused to give reasons as to how it is in the public interest to bring a criminal prosecution over a tent.

Westminster Council's Head of Legal Department who is not the prosecutor in another case involving an umbrella and two blankets, shows that another private prosecutor is similarly exercised over what really is ...the law.

Dear Mr Large,

Calling law abiding members of the public criminals and bringing criminal proceedings against them is a very serious matter, over which you really do need to act properly.

You will need to disclose an alternative record of court proceedings from ours, when ours show that the court stated I put any questions I wish to the council, to which the council had seven days to respond.

AND AS A MATTER OF URGENCY, I repeat that you are legally obliged to disclose the name and contact details of the prosecutor, who under the Code Of Prosecutors was required, to make an independent decision, giving reasons, regarding public interest, which you have not in any event in the absence of, done.

No harm or loss to any other (except me) has been shown.

In addition he is legally obliged to review a case, which would include the facts you, your staff, councillors and police officers have sought to cover up, which amount - in law - to a very serious abuse of process.

You cannot have the Director of Public Prosecutions, the Metropolitan Police and Westminster Council simply shifting responsibility to prosecute from the CPS to a private prosecutor when all had failed for many months to provide reasons showing how it was in the public interest to prosecute over a tent.

I am of course legally entitled to point out to all those involved, who are police and councillors, using taxpayers money for political purposes, the consequences of their actions, and particularly where, for whatever reason, you are not telling the truth in what has then become a rather vicious prosecution over ….an umbrella and two blankets.

This will after all be evidence in the inevitable civil claim I will bring, where you are trying to illegally using the criminal justice system as a tool to try and make it impossible for me to continue.

And where you have failed to answer questions within seven days - because - you all know we are talking about what is an abuse of process, i shall seek to have the case against me struck out after the seven days to respond have passed, because it is very clearly an abuse of process.

So in any event you will need to respond, because I can bring an abuse of process at any time.

And in the circumstances where I am, as everyone knew, being caused very serious physical harm, I would not be waiting until…October.

The facts include:

Westminster City Council were forced to discontinue a malicious prosecution that was brought against me in the High Court over a period of fifteen months, regarding an alleged obstruction of the highway, (and where I made a counter claim) because there was no harm or loss.

This was after Westminster City Council publicly referred to us as criminals in media throughout….the world.

Westminster City Council, the Director of Public Prosecutions and the Met police then failed to provide reasons as to how it is in the public interest to bring a criminal prosecution over a tent.

Westminster City Council have then failed under the PRSR Act 2011, to show/invent how there is any harm or loss - involving my using two blankets and one umbrella - that could be considered a criminal act, leading to - onerous - criminal proceedings under primary legislation.

As we showed under SOCPA 2005 ss 132-138 which had to be repealed, there is a difference between what you and Parliament may like to be law, and what can be law.

By contrast, a reasonable person would know that the fact of my attempting to uphold the law over war, is not a 9-5 job, but a 24/7… way of life, to be more than a "reasonable excuse".

Westminster City Council merely seek to - CONTINUE - to cause me serious physical harm/death despite the fact I am NOT legally obliged to "comply" with those who commit or seek to conceal war crimes in illegal wars of aggression in Iraq and Afghanistan.

There is already a very serious civil claim against Inspector Wiles (see attached copy of complaint) who was present with your staff (see their witness statements), and who previously agreed to summons me, on April 4th 2012, before I was later unlawfully assaulted and quite violently arrested by - a mob - of police, led by him, during which I was then illegally held for thirty hours in police custody for obstructing a police officer by having a ….tent.

Which I have had for ….six plus...years.

Which part of …this ordinary member of the public, will not turn a blind eye to the brutal murder of my fellow human beings in illegal wars of aggression, do any of you not get ?

This is not some sort of abstract argument.

These are real people's lives we are talking about.

The allegation against me, of obstruct police officer was dropped so clearly there must be logic & consistency in the fact that "reasonable force" could not include any power of seizure or arrest, if I do not hand over campaign property.

Because of course a reasonable person would -also -know that a reasonable excuse/mens rea, includes the fact that you all know that since January 17th 2012, Superintendent Morgan and any number of other police officers, (refer www.brianhaw.tv & emails to High Court ) did not have any problem with my having blankets.

Likewise you all know that Chief Inspector Davison did not have a problem with our umbrella on May 3rd 2012, and nor did two members of CID who gave witness statements saying so, (refer www.brianhaw.tv) all of which were ignored by….Inspector Wiles and other police accompanying your staff in what could only in denying the basic right of access to warmth and shelter… be council run, death squads.

So quite how it ever came to pass that anyone thought that the local street sweeper over-ruled the Police Superintendent et al in all matters of law, where council staff are civil enforcement with no power of arrest or seizure….remains -legally speaking - a mystery.

You must find it impossible to disagree that Mr Prosecutor has quite a lot to respond to within the seven days, that you, the police and councillors are legally responsible for having sought to unlawfully conceal.
