METCRIMES: THE COVER UPS CONTINUE. DAY 4066: THURSDAY JULY 19TH 2012. The state begin with a false premise that can only fail, when trying to use the criminal justice system as a tool to silence and distort peaceful opposition to their ...violence.  I - remember - that Mr Forshaw from Weightmans Solicitors (see below) was in the High Court in December 2008, when I told the PQBD (President of the Queens Bench Division) and his sidekick who were fluffing around, before doing the usual runner from the court, that they could explain to my sons how they had let the police murder their mother. It was only some nine months later on September 4th 2009, that six members of the TSG used positional asphyxiation on me in what could only be construed as an attempt to murder me in Belgravia Police Station. No doubt they would have said I died of a heart attack. So, I know that Mr Forshaw is one seriously crooked city lawyer.  men in black: The gucci brigade ? Date: Thu, 19 Jul 2012 22:13:24 +0100 dear mr f, re: 2nd april 2012. unlawful arrest & false imprisonment. with your legal training, i know, you know, it would be/continue a conspiracy to pervert the course of justice for your client TO NOT be in a position to respond now, and not on august 31st 2012, not least given august 8th 2012. any desire on the part of your client to delay a response, (and scratch his head ...over what for six weeks?) would in the circumstances, clearly be part of a cynical attempt to try and cover up the illegal seizure of property on april 2nd 2012, in advance of (for example) case law on reasonable cause. the fact that i have happened against the odds to survive inhuman and degrading treatment/torture (for a period of time) does not of course make the unconscionable actions of any part of the state lawful. therefore i request that if the commissioner sincerely wishes to resolve anything …according to law, he immediately arranges to return all the property that was obviously illegally seized by police on april 2nd 2012 - and - gives a written undertaking that police will not remove, or assist westminster council in removing any property, until proceedings relating to this latest claim i am bringing, are resolved. after all, following april 2nd 2012, it has been established that, i cannot be "arrested" for obstruct pc. i look forward to your client's written response to my reasonable request by 5pm tomorrow. babs tucker p.s. could you please also explain HOW (as steve has told me) the commissioner intends to defend august 5th 2006, when the cps stood up in court on july 9th 2007, and said (and i quote) it was "illegal to charge" me, "there never was any evidence" against me (and where staggeringly two cps lawyers came forward as witnesses for…me !!..) i have after all only been waiting …since the new year of 2009 for you to answer that one !!  telling grumpy BBC (who was muttering f****** this & that under his breath) to take a hike ( because we were not interested in taking part in anything about "tarting up london for the olympics")
