METCRIMES: LETTERS OF CLAIM: ASSAULT, ROBBERY AND THEFT. DAY 4070: TUESDAY JULY 24TH 2012. Having not been able to "arrest" me for "obstruct pc", the police sought on Sunday to see if they could "arrest" me for a "breach of the peace"... And ..failed. Because obviously sitting in a chair is about as peaceful as you can get. I was then just assaulted as they ...stole property. In seeking to stop war crimes, we are the ones trying to uphold the law.  it would be ridiculous needing the approval of a High Court judge before you sat down. LETTER OF CLAIM: THEFT & RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY BY WESTMINSTER COUNCIL & COUNCILLORS. On Sunday unknown persons claiming to be from Westminster City Council, acting on the orders of their political leaders, (ie all the named councillors) unlawfully assisted the Metropolitan Police in the robbery and theft of campaign property. During the robbery I was assaulted by police officers who used unlawful force to steal an umbrella. (see pic assault) This was despite the fact that all knew a) Westminster City Council have not published any process that is prescribed by law whereby approval can be sought for example, prior to a campaign beginning. b) Chief Inspector Davison and two members of CID had previously said our….err umbrella was fine. c) Westminster City Council have not been able to find a prosecutor who can give reasons as to how their actions are in the public interest. Westminster City Council did not cite or give any direction under the PRSR Act or give any opportunity to supply a reasonable excuse as per Act before stealing a car battery with attachments that we use to charge mobile phones and computers, a table, and eight chairs. Given that that where there is for example, no obstruction or trespass which they must prove in court first, and therefore no harm or loss, none could reasonably believe that they were acting lawfully. Westminster City Council and councillors are therefore: a) unlawfully interfering in a peaceful campaign for political reasons b) unlawfully seeking to prevent our upholding law relating to war crimes. On Sunday July 22nd 2012 Inspector Southall advised us that he was in Parliament Square with two other police officers and people from Westminster City Council to prevent a breach of the peace. As the pictures show police are in fact, assaulting me and stealing property. (ie: see photograph exhibiting bruise) What we have proved is that I can not be arrested for obstruct pc - or - a breach of the peace. And that neither Westminster City Council or the Metropolitan Police reasonably believe they could use any force to seize anything. Inspector Southall unlawfully concealed that Chief Inspector Davison and two members of CID have already stated that they did not have any problem with our …err…umbrella. Inspector Southall then unlawfully concealed the fact that Westminster City Council repeatedly refused to ask for any reasonable excuse under PRSR Act while giving a direction over an umbrella. It cannot be right in law, that in the absence of any harm or loss such as an obstruction or trespass, people would need for example, the permission of a High Court Judge - before - they peacefully campaign. In fact there is an absence of any published process that is prescribed by law. Inspector Southall and two other police officers then used unlawful force to assault me - and - steal the umbrella. In the absence of even a breach of the peace, no police officer reasonably believed that they could assault me and steal property. The police therefore used unlawful force. In the absence of any directions or opportunity for a reasonable excuse to be given, Inspector Southall then assisted Westminster Council in stealing numerous other items such a car battery with attachments, (that we use to power computers and mobile phones) eight chairs, a table. The Metropolitan Police acted despite being unable to give reasons as to how their actions are in the public interest, and having failed without lawful excuse to respond to pre-action protocol in existing civil claims.
