PC CX Smith is filmed dishonestly purporting that the PRSR Act does not say that S143 (8) says "failing without reasonable excuse to comply with a direction".

When he is challenged about lying the video shows he says he does not care about law.

And because he knows he is found out, he is then seen unlawfully grabbing me from my chair to try to stop me showing what the law says.

While all the police officers run when I am trying to show them what the law says.

Ditto Westminster Council.

Which shows everyone knows that what they are doing is illegal.

It is quite disgraceful that police officers are walking around arrogantly saying to law abiding members of the public that they do not care about the law.

Because the point is this.

A 24/7 campaign is not actually banned in the PRSR Act 2011.

What the police have failed to address/ to prove is why it is unreasonable to peacefully campaign 24/7 in what is a public space.

In the absence of that, I want to know where all our property is so that we can collect it immediately.

Kindly advise where our property is now.
