In response to the continuing 'claims' numbered HQ10X01980 & HQ10X01981 that were brought by the Mayor of London, Boris Johnson in the Royal Courts of Justice, where he lost at the Court of Appeal on the 16th July 2010 and the matter was referred back to the High Court for a 'hearing' on the 12th October 2010 regarding the 'discrete' issue of whether it was 'proportionate' to bring proceedings:

Babs filed the following response see 1- 5 below, in an Application under CPR r 3.4 with the Royal Courts of Justice on 13th September 2010, asking that the Mayors 'claims' be struck out.

The Mayoral fairytale only reminds me that the 'Empire' really wasn't created with the backing of any legal system, of 'justice' but has merely existed through the use of 'force'.
