A RECORD OF 50+ OF MY "CRIMES" I CALL "FREEDOM". DAY 3476: WEDNESDAY 8TH DECEMBER 2010.    Banner in CX Police "Custody" Charity & "Free Speech" Steve & "Censored" It's just possible I have the biggest "criminal" record in Westminster !! Below are over fifty of over 80 mostly failed malicious "arrests" & "prosecutions" brought against me. Personally it felt like state harassment. ****And you won't find any of the MP's admitting any of this while "discussing" the new Police Reform & Social Responsibility Bill (Hansard March 30th 2011 Column 581 - 621) and the use of "reasonable force" (which exists already in: Section 3 (1) Criminal Law Act 1967)***** The Criminal Cases "Review" Commission informed me that City of Westminster Magistrates Court & the Crown Prosecution Service have destroyed some files incl: relating to my first "conviction": 1) "the crime of campaigning with Brian" Tucker v Director of Public Prosecutions [2007] EWHC 3019 (Admin) (30 November 2007) I won the next "unauthorised demonstration" "case", 90042 (see below) on 14th September 2006, but they just kept harassing & arresting me, despite the fact: a) I was campaigning with Brian Haw & b) I had "notified" under SOCPA 2005 ss 132 -138.   Added April 5th 2011:  & The Community Order  A "Community Order" was cynically used in an attempt to stop our campaigning. The "Community Order" was 1. removed (incl from local lamposts as I tried to warn the local community of this dangerous criminal in their midst) and 2. the "obstruction" conviction overturned at Southwark Crown Court in December 2007 using Willmott - v- Attack. (the police were committing the "offence" in trying to disappear me !!) We will continue to update the site with the additional records. & Blog: I Just can't help mysef, I keep getting arrested.
