POLICE IMPOSE "CONDITION" OF SLEEP DEPRIVATION.

DAY 3883: THURSDAY JANUARY 18TH 2012.

"litter": i think we are done done with all their pieces of paper....

Through stealing our shelter:

Parliament and the police have sought to, in effect, impose a condition of sleep deprivation on our ten year 24/7 campaign.

I suppose I had better find out what happens with sleep deprivation....

The UK know that the use of sleep deprivation is not only illegal, having been banned after it's use by the UK in Ireland, but that it also has serious health implications.

Ireland v UK.

As we are into Day Three of sleep deprivation, I can already notice a number of various changes in the way the mind & body functions.

night blurs into day....

cole comes and goes

dear emma,

as you can see communication with the police is impossible.

& what we actually seem to have ended up with, is on any analysis, three further civil claims, against the police.

while the commissioner's counsel clemens persists in deliberately lying, just to waste our time etc.. why should - i - ever - need to even go to court in the first place - just because they persist in lying - year after - year after - year....

1. socpa 2005 ss 132-138 never had any power of seizure, so whether anyone - wanted - to give back property taken under that soon to be repealed "law" remains irrelevant.

2. there is no evidence property was left unattended, incl. overnight, and indeed the theft on 31st august 2011, was filmed by people manning our campaign.

also contrary to clemens lies, is the fact that further video evidence shows me attending hyde park police station, on september 13th 2011, with police refusing to hand over property (incl. legally privileged material) where no crime was even alleged.

and importantly the police lacked any "locus" to arbitrarily take & decide who they wanted property to belong to. our campaign is what we say it is.

and (lindblom) & royce only went so far in the high court, as to claim that there was in his opinion no need for emergency relief in the form of an injunction, perhaps because the police did not tell the court that they intended to give away & destroy property.

(and so i have already just added the 3,500 pounds the police wanted to claim from me in the civil claim against them)

3. now, following my arrest on january 16th 2012, we are trying to track down/locate the property (incl. legally privileged material) that was stolen by the police (superintendent morgan et al) from our parliament square peace campaign, in parliament square, on the evening of monday january 16th 2012.

charing cross, belgravia and hyde park police have all said they do not know where it is, and westminster city council have not answered calls from steve jago.

while we do not believe that the new prsr act 2011, had any power of seizure, (or even any validity in law at all) and the police again said they are not taking us to court, so therefore there can be no crime, we want to retrieve the property and return it to parliament square, immediately.

the police allege they had the opportunity to take us to court under the prsr act 2011, but do not want to, so again, where there is no alleged crime, that is theft and so once property is returned, they cannot steal it again.

we need it back as a matter of urgency, because the police know that in effect, imposing a "condition" of sleep deprivation on our ten year 24/7 campaign, is disproportionate and breaches article 3 (inhuman and degrading treatment) which will turn into article 2 (right to life) with my suffering the effects of sleep deprivation (which shows the legislation is illegal)

so can you please find out for us, where the property is.

and we will also need a doctor to monitor the effects of the sleep deprivation (which are exacerbated by the fact i am outdoors in the cold), to prove that it is disproportionate /illegal. (& i don't believe any doctor will sign that it is legal to use sleep deprivation )

"Sleep deprivation was one of the five techniques used by the British government in the 1970s. The European Court of Human Rights ruled that the five techniques "did not occasion suffering of the particular intensity and cruelty implied by the word torture ... [but] amounted to a practice of inhuman and degrading treatment", in breach of the European Convention on Human Rights.[58" (case of ireland v united kingdom)

in the event that i am incapacitated, steve jago will act on my behalf.
