VIDEOS: BABS 3AM ARREST & LBC VIDEO SHOWING *HOW* MEDIA COVER UP WHAT IS GOING ON IN PARLIAMENT SQUARE. DAY 3884: FRIDAY JANUARY 20TH 2012. Over the years, the media have only ever, continually reported the, we are going, going, gone story. So we often get people coming by who express surprise to discover that we are still in fact here and whose eyes are then opened to the fact that you cannot always believe everything that you read in the media. The message from the media who jealously guard ...ummmm...only the right of ...err....big business to tell you what to do, is always the same. There are any number of reasons the people cannot stand up to the state. The UK press are showing a remarkable lack of ...balance, given their reporting of other governments suppressing free speech in the last year. To give the actions of the state an air of respectability, the press report on the use of yet another new law, without examing what that law actually says.....or what it means...etc. The LBC story below does show that the media do cover up what is really going on in Parliament Square. The LBC reporter points out that our banners remain but then quickly moves on, and so does not in fact explain that therefore while - both - campaigns (Parliament Square Peace Campaign & Peace Strike)....remain.... it would be obvious that long before any argument over words would get to court, that one way or another, the real issue of using sleep deprivation, (by having removed our tents) will, in practise, already have been resolved.... by our campaign. The Establishment really do not do shame.
