MAYOR OF LONDON SEEKS HIGH COURT ORDER AGAINST BABS. DAY 3892: SATURDAY JANUARY 28TH 2012. Where is the respect for human life ?  protecting lies, not lives... So first in the run around, over Genocide, we went to City of Westminster Magistrates yesterday: a) for a review of the three outstanding cases, (2 over the fences and the most recent "arrest"), b) to argue against the unilateral request for the removal of legal aid by Lawrence and Co who sent along a barrister to argue all over the place about why they should be able to withdraw. finally the barrister settled on the idea that the possible defences in my cases were sufficiently complex that they required a level of expertise that was beyond the particular law firm. And so District Judge Tubbs who asked the CPS if perhaps they might withdraw over the fence cases, (which the CPS refused to do) finally gave me 7 days to find another lawyer :) before legal aid would be revoked. My position remains this. As long as the state continue to "invite" me to their court for politically motivated reasons, the least the state must do, is provide legal representation to at least give an appearance of something heading in the direction of a level playing field. It is not that: a) I am refusing legal representation and b) it is not that I can be found to have done anything that would give any reason for legal representation to be revoked. And while we were talking fences at Magistrates, which I had pointed out to the lawyers was a flawed arena for the fences argument,...  indeed...but who is the criminal...and safety ???? It transpired that I discovered that the Mayor of London had filed papers against me in the High Court !!!! By co-incidence ? I doubt it. Supposedly the Mayor has suddenly now developed a thing about kerbs (which is rather odd when you look at one of the Peace Strike boxes - see picture below - which has long been ...on the ...kerb already covered by a High Court Injunction) I think it's probably more likely that he is furious that I am not yet dead, and so we continue to show their shame in committing Genocide. Of course the Mayor knows he has opened a veritable can of worms.... The whole High Court Injunction is a fraud. So I next toddled off as I had planned to do anyway, to the High Court. While at the High Court I got a copy of one of the two court orders in the Peace Strike case against WCC, which the court said is set to be heard on March 6th 2012. (So obviously no-one wants the WCC claim HQ11X00563, that was started in January 2011, where I am entitled to bring a counter claim against Peace Strike & most unusually, Bindmans Solicitors, going ahead on March 12th & 13th 2012) But the High Court revealed that Bindmans solicitors who act for Peace Strike, have failed to file with the court, during the past eleven days, a copy of the court order that was made at the second hearing into the Peace Strike claim, against Westminster City Council on January 16th 2012, after which the police raided..... our campaign. It isn't rocket science to work out what is going on, given that the missing order affected our campaign. And when you think about it, when different people file a claim over the same isssue (24/7 tents) you cannot accept one, and in the meantime act against others who have also sought to go to court. It is after all the same argument over 24/7 & tents. And one of us is freezing... So I guess the purpose of the so called welfare checks (which are undertaken without a medic) are about, nothing beyond an opportunity for sarcasm & intimidation. And last night a sergeant came along and introduced himself, saying he was on the night shift, and we should ask him if we wanted anything...so we said we would like our tents back please....which didn't happen. It doesn't take terribly long to expose their insincerity. All while the (obviously disputed) "witness statement" from the Mayor's grunt, Mr Grinter (below) who wants to take - me - back to the High Court on their terms, makes quite interesting reading, if you are into fairy tales, over who he claims, knew what, when and why in the bigger picture. Of course as para 55 of the grunts statement dated 26th January 2012, interestingly shows,.....the Mayor is not a defendant in Peace Strike's claim. Quite how the grunt has referenced in a witness statement, his version of a court hearing where he was neither present, nor a party and where the court order has not yet been provided, remains a mystery...legally speaking...
