CW 4064: BABS TUCKER NO TENT, POLICE CAMP TENT. DAY 3895: TUESDAY 31ST JANUARY 2012. My father taught me that you have to do the right thing, whatever the personal cost. He spoke about war and sitting on war crimes tribunals. It was all a dirty business. Man made war. We are speaking out against war. All too often the truth about war gets buried. Parliament effectively legislated in the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011, to bypass any scrutiny of proportionality by just stealing whatever convention protected campaign property of ours they liked. Because a High Court ruling had already found the essential ingredients of our campaign,(incl. tents) "proportionate".  all the lies they are continuing to tell the public.....are quite different from the reality.... and the consequences of that reality....   cw4064 23.07.2010: "how long" are you going to keep killing people ?  cw4064: & Mayor's High Court Injunction moving tents... to the pavement on 19.04.2011.  egos...barriers, fences and blah di blah...why ????  oh whoops: the boltcutters slipped..twice ...on 15.04.2011 & 19.04. 2011.  and on 29.12.2011, cx 4064 claimed gallastegui has an injunction, so we're not coming for you...(today)  16.01.2012: just plain "vindictive"... i also applied for a judicial review of the same issue tents etc..that.... the MET Police lawyer deliberately did not respond to, until 19.01.2012....
