POLICE HARASSMENT. DAY 3896: WEDNESDAY 1ST FEBRUARY 2012. 12:15am.  I do not really believe the police want to "protect" people. And it really is not very funny when the police come down every night in the middle of winter, after they have stolen our tents, to do something they call a welfare check. The "welfare check" police are in addition to the police currently patrolling the square 24/7. You might think that if the police were remotely interested in "welfare", surely they would not have stolen our tents on January 16th 2012. Anyway the conversation went something like this. I asked the police why they were coming down. They didn't know. They'd been told to !! And then they ask if I am ok ? I say not really. I'd like my tent back. The police stole it. The police don't have an answer to that. Beyond the "it wasn't me" story. So I say, well you all have a good laugh, but please go away and leave me alone and stop harassing me. So then he turns nasty and says he'll be back. Why ? You don't even know why you're coming here. I repeat that they need to go away and leave me alone and stop harassing me. He just repeats, he'll be back later. That is harassment. And then he asks which one is my tent !!!! Unf*******believable.    how many tents are there ?
