999: WHAT (HAVE) THE MAYOR & SUPERINTENDENT (HAVE) DONE ??

DAY 3899: SATURDAY FEBRUARY 4TH 2012.

I had four thoughts.

1. The former Leader of Westminster City Council, the Barrow Boy who recently resigned after a falling out with some of his very rich friends, sought to use us as his parting shot, to play the great I am, who was the one who finally got rid of us.

Only he didn't quite remove us.

2. So as the emails below show Superintendent Morgan was left with a seizure he really can not explain....

While contrary to an EU ruling, the MET have illegally been using sleep deprivation which is dangerous when combined with the cold, to try to errr...remove us.

As I said to a Sergeant from Croydon, who while he was fishing for information last night, asked why we thought they were using police from all over..

We can think of many reasons....

But anyway, I pointed out to him,

You would not ask a Jewish person to renounce being Jewish or die.

So how can you tell me to stop campaigning for everyone to respect life, or I die ?

I also pointed out that I did not think the MET could find a pig who could go on a witness stand to say with a straight face that they did not know I was suffering, and that it was reasonable to subject me to no shelter & sleep deprivation in such extreme cold.

And somewhere along those thoughts, it then occurred to me...What if Superintendent Morgan was the one who authorised the undercover operation ...And had knowing that, he had done that, then done what he did on 16.01.2012 to try and cover up an undercover operation he was running ?

Hmmm...That would be really bad...

3. Anyway, when Babs was not quite finished off, the big tough Mayor of London, (and none of these people could possibly be men) stepped in to the breach and filed the kerbstone....application against me in the High Court.

And then a very odd thing happened.

Obviously someone, somewhere decided that having served me with the Application they could not possibly give me fourteen days to respond... to the can of worms the Mayor knew he had served up.

So someone, then pretended they hadn't served me, and got an order (see below) without notice.

Well, anyone looking at the website can see I was previously served but now denied the fourteen days to file...errr my "papers".

All not very nice really, and very bad form.

So I have several days to file an application to have the order varied or set aside, because I was not given the fourteen days to respond and the opportunity to file my "papers".

I think they missed what's called due process....

You can see just how nasty the police become below (and that was after knowing that they were such senstive dears, I left out the full text of what we really planned to write to them)

you have lost me over what the police suddenly mean by "just"....

my understanding was that we agreed that steve jago (who has transport) can collect - all - our campaign property that was taken by the police on 16.01.2012.

if the police are now saying that you are only willing to return some things ? that were taken on 16.01.2012, then the police need to say what they are willing to return to us, before i speak to steve.

for obvious reasons/so that we can understand what has happened, we need the super to answer a & b in writing.

If you can provide me the contacts details of the other owner of the tents and contents,

I will contact them and ask the same question in relation to Steve collecting the property on there behalf.

But at this time I can only return your property to you.

As you can understand I can not return property that does not belong to you without the owner confirmation.

i do not appreciate being bullied.

so i would suggest that you show some respect and remember that you are not speaking to criminals.

please confirm that you (pc gray) are refusing to return our campaign property that was taken on the night of 16.01.2012, that we have sought to claim.

because it seems to me you are looking for excuses to destroy property by suggesting it is not claimed, when it is.

i was there on 16.01.2012 and i did witness what was taken.

if you wish to dispute what belongs to our campaign, then kindly hand over the list of property that you have and we will happily confirm what is ours.

& please stop wasting our time etc.

it is horrendous enough that any of you think you have the right to subject anyone to inhuman and degrading treatment.

4. And what is going on with all the legislative shenanigans is this.

When you think about it, the Public Order Act really could not include the crime of ...errr...resting/sleeping..alongside the crimes of ..riot and ...affray, now could it !!!!

Hmmm

So they said we will add the PRSR Act 2011, to SOCPA 2005 ss 132-138, so there are those two, just for three months ....!! until April 1st 2012, and they will use that combination to try to illegally remove our campaign. It really is not very nice.

But there is a kerb that puts a spanner in the whole new law.. and old law..

As I keep repeating...a peaceful assembly is a peaceful assembly..is a peaceful assembly....

You could only ever use the Public Order Act, tho S5 is long overdue for a good challenge...
