Reservoir Hogs: Ahead Only ?
The elephant in the room remains the - illegality - of the U.K wars in Iraq, Afganistan and elsewhere.
And the deaths of - millions - of innocent civilians in those illegal wars.
The fact remains that illegal wars of aggression involving the U.K happen - because - historically there has been no proper system of Justice in the U.K
The Mayor of London's mouthpiece, the London Evening Standard reported the Mayor disingenuously claiming while arriving for a meeting of "COBRA" that: "it was wrong to link the murder (of a soldier in Woolwich) with British foreign policy or the actions of Britain's armed forces overseas."
It is not however wrong to link the murder to a deliberate failure by the U.K to create a proper system of Justice in the U.K in the first place.
Sadly two angry young men from Al Muhajiroun, appear to have planned to murder a soldier, on the streets of London - because - in the absence of any system of justice in the U.K they have been - exploited - by any number of other known influences.
If a proper system of justice existed, the U.K state would have stood trial over their illegal wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, long ago.
Then two young men would not have murdered a young soldier in the U.K who signed up in 2006 !!!!
And millions of other innocent civilian lives lost in Iraq and Afghanistan long before that, and after, would have been saved.
The vacuum, that is created by illegally withdrawing, from law and a proper system of Justice is ..quite deliberate, on the part of the U.K media and government (along with any number of "leaders" from many religions, all of whom seek to control people, for their own ends, through opinions, not any system of justice).
We have a long standing claim (linked to others) in the High Court where the U.K Police State have an unusual problem.
The Paper Tiger may roar, but they do not have - "control" - of what has quietly now become, a criminal investigation (into their activities) that quite unusually - now - form part of High Court proceedings - against - the U.K Police State.
The difficulty the U.K Police State have is, that regardless of what they might all say, the High Court, of all places !!!! needs to give some outward appearance, (even for the European Courts) that they act on the basis of FACTS.
It was simply not open, for the Master in our claim, to make any so called "Order", without the full facts, first being properly established (including of his own rather peculiar actions).
In addition, in law, which is what the U.K Police State have always been avoiding, they are required to disclose...much (to establish the true FACTS).
Of course it always was, incredibly shortsighted of the U.K Police State, to maliciously accuse, quite law abiding members of the public, who are peacefully trying to stop illegal wars, of being "violent"..."criminals".
The still unfolding breadth of a quite unusual "criminal investigation", is quite extraordinary.
Involving the Mayor of London, the Metropolitan Police, The M.O.D Police, the City of London Police, a Master in the High Court and so on and so forth....all the way up and back down a taxpayer funded food-chain.
Unsurprisingly, it is a little known - FACT - that the public, can apply for arrest warrants, etc in the High Court.

Dear Mr Collins (who works for the Mayor of London)
Clearly you know that in law there must be a - criminal investigation - into the actions of the Commissioner of the Metropolis etc.
I am alleging that the Commissioner of the Metropolis is (along with the Mayor of London) and a High Court Master, involved in
a) a criminal conspiracy to kidnap Neil Kerslake (and not just on April 10th 2013)
and
b) a criminal conspiracy to pervert the course of justice (obstruct the administration of justice)
That - criminal investigation - forms part of an - Appeal - I have filed in the - High Court - in HQ12X01972.
What the Commissioner of the Metropolis now needs to do (and is failing to do because we are just little old joe bloggs) is:
a) provide written confirmation by email to Neil Kerslake & myself that the fraudulent arrest warrant has been withdrawn from circulation on U.K Police national computers.
The fact the Commissioner has failed to do this in over a month shows malice etc.
b) provide a written and signed witness statement providing the details of who authorised the issuing of the fraudulent arrest warrant and when (it did not just appear out of thin air)
I remind you this criminal investigation is part of high court proceedings.
For completeness, I copy
and point out this - is - about the U.K Police State concealing U.K illegal wars of aggression and war crimes by not doing ...law, while publicly calling law abiding members of the public, such as myself, "criminals"
That we are still waiting for the response to our pre-action protocol from the IPCC over our immediate return to Parliament Square rather proves the U.K Police State opposes any voice of peace.
