GARETH NEWNHAM & HIJACKED WEBSITE ON INDYMEDIA.
DAY 3633: THURSDAY JUNE 22ND 2011.
Bizarrely in what would confuse people, an alternative media website has been posting an article including our website, alongside an old website of ours that has, since Brian passed away, been illegally hijacked.
I was also alerted to the fact that on another website, the agent provocateur Mr Newnham has posted some startlingly malicious libel, interestingly praising the...err hijacked website.
Later, a copy of an email from Mr Newnham that he copied to the moderator of Indymedia, where Mr Newnham further bad mouths me, was also passsed on to me.
The bully known as Mr Newnham, has no shame.
THE BULLY.
In addition Mr Newnham has publicly made very distressing - claims - about Mr Haws medical treatment, etc, that it so happens are IN FACT wholly untrue.
That Mr Newnham publicly made such claims, about Mr Haws medical treatment which is after all NONE OF HIS BUSINESS, and just after Mr Haw has passed away, is just utterly disgraceful.
All of this could be seen to be intended to cause the maximum distress etc.
Rather than in effect hiding in the shadows, it would be nice if the BULLY known as Mr Newnham grew up & gave our campaign - an address - where we could serve High Court papers on him in a claim for damages, so we can put all that he and others have done, behind us.

i wish i did not need to bother indymedia again.
can you please remove the link to the old parliament square website, that is curiously alongside details of the new website, on the front page of your website, in an article about brian.
the details of the log ins for the old website, etc were with brian, and our campaign (i have a copy) & we have just discovered that this old site has been hijacked, and the passwords changed, without our knowledge or permission.
clearly this is very serious.
it would seem that is an intention to publicly give an incorrect impression, and confuse people as to what our actual campaign website is.
this is part of a wider smear campaign etc.
i am confused myself as to why on earth indymedia would even include the old site, altho having been alerted to some of the wider smears being published there does seem to be a link.
substantial malicious libel continues to be published about me personally, by individuals who are effectively hiding in the shadows, over very serious issues - and - worse, the malicious libel continues to be published - even after brian has passed away.
i am now trying to trace a number of individuals so that i am able to serve papers on them all, in a high court claim for damages etc.
it so happens that one of those individuals effectively hiding in the shadows, while widely publishing malicious libel happens to be a person i know as gareth newnham.
curiously/interestingly in an email passed to me, gareth newnham, has copied you in on an email which if we are honest bad mouths me, claiming you "share his concerns" about goodness knows what, that frankly does not interest me.
what i do hope, is that i can find - mr newnham's - address so that rather than him in effect hiding in the shadows, while bad mouthing me, we can - finally - do the adult thing and i can serve papers on him, and he can front up & put up or shut up, in the high court, under cross examination, over what are very serious issues.
i am after all rather anxious to see, all of what mr newnham has maliciously written etc.(which is part of a wider campaign) publicly shown to be the malicious lies (etc) they are, in the High Court, so that i can finally put all that behind me, particularly after all that has happened.
