BINDMAN'S SOLICITORS BACK DOWN, SO NOW YOU CAN SEE WHO & WHAT THEY "REPRESENT" (and it sure wasn't me on 3rd & 4th September 2009 !!) DAY 3540: THURSDAY 10TH FEBRUARY 2011. You will see below from my brief account of the shocking events on 3rd & 4th September 2009, that (Bindmans remind me of, because they helped cover it up) I have good reason to be sensitive about any 'involvement' of Bindmans solicitors. Paul Ridge Partner, Bindmans LLP ( 020 7833 4433 -------------------- Bindmans Solicitors were not openly representing THE BITCH (formerly known as) Maria Gallestegui in the claim brought by the Mayor of London, because although she openly organised Democracy Village and recruited people and so on, she could not appear and face being under cross examination where her role as agent provocateur & liar in Chief would be exposed. So it is interesting to realise that once again Bindmans Solicitors are obviously speaking for and representing THE BITCH's 'interests' despite the fact that publicly funded legal representation could not have been granted, where Westminster City Council have not - yet - actually issued any proceedings. ------------- http://www.bindmans.com/index.php?id=900 Bindmans’ partner Paul Ridge comments on move to evict anti-war protesters before the royal wedding  Publication Date 1st February 2011. “The anti-war campaigner Brian Haw has camped for more than nine years in Parliament Square, nearby to Westminster Abbey. Over the years other unrelated peace protestors have also campaigned for peace and now the City of Westminster is to go to the High court to evict all, including long-time Peace Campaigner, Maria Gallastegui, before the big day. Entirely distinct from Brian Haw's Parliament Square Peace Campaign, Maria Gallastegui has established ‘peacestrike’ an independent campaign for peace." Paul Ridge, a human rights lawyer and partner at Bindmans said to the Sunday Times: “Haw’s protest is iconic. This legal action is nothing to do with concern for the people of Westminster and more to do with the idea that this camp will be seen as an eyesore during the royal wedding. If China was clearing protesters away from an area before the Olympics, there would be international uproar.” ---------------------------------------- It is quite obvious that Mr Ridge from Bindmans Solicitors, is using Brian's name, while however -representing- THE BITCH (and really the Mayor et al) as he & Bindmans did previously, AND where the sole intention has been to destroy our campaign. One only has to look at legislation called SOCPA 2005 ss 132-138 and see that it has no power of seizure, to begin to understand what Bindmans Solicitors agreed with this government to cover up, as far back as May 2006 & the illegal seizure. It has actually become in Bindmans Solicitors 'interests' to have our campaign removed. --------------------------------- On 3rd September 2009, the police grabbed me off the street when police CCTV shown to us in police 'custody' shows, (and an independent witness confirmed) a racist thug called Bridges from Southend, punched me to the ground by the statue of Nelson Mandela. The police refused me medical assistance in police custody, at Belgravia Police Station, because they did not want any record of my injuries, which included bruising where I was punched and my hand broken. Despite the police's own CCTV showing that I was a victim of crime, who had clearly been injured, some twelve hours after I was grabbed, the police then cleared the custody area in the early hours of 4th September 2009 while six members of the TSG attempted to murder me, in what they thought was a small window of opportunity. While the police officers continued to refuse my requests for medical attention, I was held face down down with my legs pushed up over my back in an illegal stress position while a TSG sergeant sat and pushed down hard on my twisted legs and back, forcing my chest to be crushed down, which caused me serious pain and suffering. In fact it was intended that I was caused serious pain and suffering - while - I was meant to die, from positional asphyxia because I could not breathe, while being forced face down in that position, with my chest being crushed. The intervention of a lawyer meant that they did not actually have quite the window of opportunity that they had intended, to apparently try to murder me. When I requested all the CCTV and a record of interview, Bindmans Solicitors, including two Partners at Bindmans, Mike Schwarz & John Halford, along with the IPCC all covered up, and despite the fact that I do not face any charges, nothing was ever produced, despite my repeated requests. I am not interested in their he said, she said. I just asked for the CCTV etc to prove what I am saying............... And then I was faced with another lawyer, from Bindmans (this time, a smirking Mr Ridge) in the High Court over the Mayors claim, in May -July 2010.....and I was supposed to just shut up......(while Mr Ridge now eagerly awaits in the wings for a re-run with Westminster City Council). They really don't do shame. So in this country racists can rampage, & the police, acting in gangs, do effectively take people down a dark alley and do whatever the hell they like to them....and some 'lawyers' will cover up for all of them....and so on and so forth... It is & was all entirely political. We are standing our ground outside Parliament. The rule of law and democracy really do not exist in this country.
